Mango’s Art Garden offers creative products that may include original artwork, art prints, coloring books, stationery, merchandise, and other art-related goods.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, colors, and other details. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, printing process, paper, and materials.
Products and product availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or introduce products without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may change from time to time.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be shown during checkout when required.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraudulent activity, payment authorization issue, or other legitimate reason preventing us from fulfilling the order.

Please review your information carefully before completing your purchase. Mango’s Art Garden is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated processing and delivery times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, circumstances outside of our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for reviewing any applicable shipping information and policies before completing their purchase.
6. Refunds, Returns & Replacements
All sales are final. Mango’s Art Garden does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or personal preferences.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, customers must contact mangosartgarden@gmail.com within 7 business days of the delivery date.
The email should include the customer’s name, order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or misprint. Photographs of the packaging should also be included when applicable.
After the claim has been reviewed and verified, Mango’s Art Garden will provide an appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional cost to the customer.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, illustrations, designs, coloring pages, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, written content, product designs, and other original creative materials displayed or sold by Mango’s Art Garden are protected intellectual property.
Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork or design to the purchaser.
Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, scan, trace, modify, distribute, publish, upload, resell, license, manufacture products from, or otherwise commercially exploit Mango’s Art Garden artwork or content.
Products purchased for personal use may not be reproduced for resale or commercial purposes.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in appropriate enforcement action.
8. User Accounts
If the website allows customers to create accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
